Order with confidence!  Since 2008 we’ve shipped more than 300,000 products only TWO customers have returned RTD product for a refund.


Ready to Defend will refund 100% of the Purchase Price, including regular shipping charges if you are not 100% Satisfied with our RTD Products.  NOTE: Refund does not include refund of expedited or overnight shipping charged or the shipping cost to return any item  of any product you purchase directly from our website

All returns MUST include an RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER which is your ORIGINAL INVOICE NUMBER.  If you do not have your original invoice number, please email us with your name, address and approx. date of your order using the Contact Us section of our website.and we’ll send it to you.

YOU MUST NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE that you’re returning product to ensure you receive a replacement product or a refund, whichever you prefer.

We’ll ship most orders placed before 12:00 noon Central Time the same business day.

We ship orders in the order that we receive them which may cause your order to ship the following business day. However, if you need your order ASAP, let us know in the notes section of your order and we’ll do the best we can to get your order out the same day.


If you select the Best Way shipping method, we will ship your order via the most economical method – usually by U.S. Postal Service.

U.S. Postal Service –

If you select USPS Priority Mail Service, your order will usually be delivered within 2 – 3 days, but please be aware that the U.S. Postal Service does NOT guarantee delivery times. This is usually the least expensive express delivery option.  Note on USPS tracking – frequently, tracking numbers do not appear on the USPS website until the day of delivery and often, not until a package has actually been delivered.  If you need better tracking, we


We no longer ship daily via UPS.  If you require shipping via UPS, please contact us by email or by phone in advance and allow extra time for processing your order for special shipping requirements.  An additional shipping or handling fee may apply.

FedEx –

We ship primarily by FedEx Home Delivery and also offer Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day and Overnight services.

After you confirm your order, our system will automatically send you an order confirmation. If you don’t receive a confirmation within 10 minutes of completing your order, please check your spam folder in your inbox and add RTD to your whitelist or address book to ensure you receive information and updates on your order.

When your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email from our system with the tracking number from the carrier you choose. You can track your order online, with the respective shipping carrier using that number.

USPS Tracking: It’s been our experience that often USPS will deliver your package before their tracking system ever acknowledges they’ve received it. While their service has been very reliable, their tracking system could be improved.
