2. PLACING AN ORDER WITH RTD

2.1 You are deemed to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

2.2 We may refuse to accept an order:

where goods are not in stock or available;
where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
if there has been a pricing or product description error;
if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

3. PRICING

3.1 Our prices do not include sales tax. Sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to Texas.

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

4.1 If you wish to cancel your order: you can notify us by email to sales@readytodefend.com before we complete and ship your order

4.3 If you cancel your order prior to your order being shipped, we will give you a full amount refund, including any shipping charges.

4.4 The rights to cancel an order as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances:

if your order has been picked up by, or delivered to any common carrier by which we ship packages, including any carrier we use specifically at your request.
to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you

6. SERVICE ACCESS

6.1 While we endeavour to ensure that ReadyToDefend.com is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason ReadyToDefend.com is unavailable at any time or for any period.

8. REGISTRATION

8.1 To register with ReadyToDefend.com you must be over eighteen years of age.

8.2 Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.

8.3 Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.

8.4 We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

9. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

9.1. We will be glad to refund the purchase price of your order or portion thereof, including our standard Flat Rate shipping fee when we receive the returned products in new condition and as specified and in accordance with the requirements setout in our shipping and returns section of ReadyToDefend.com website.

9.2. We will not under any circumstances refund priority shipping or shipping fees in excess of our standard flat rate shipping fee that was then current at the time and date your order was places. This means that should you order any product and request and pay for expedited / priority delivery which exceeds our standard flat rate charge, we will only refund the then current flat rate shipping fee. Any difference in the shipping fees you paid and our standard flat rate shipping charge will not be refunded.
